Young Photographer Series: Christy Trapp (15)
Hi, my name’s Christy. I like pictures and words. I like sugarcoated lullabies and thousand dollar heartache. I like disasters and impossible things that make you dream. I like things that don’t exist yet. I like the smell of coffee in the morning and crooked smiles. I believe in freedom and that everyone is born with a pair of wings upon their back. My love glides from room to room and I am not afraid to shine. I am forever infinite. I am restless in the way your bones always ache, and I store my heart in a jar for safekeeping. I am lights you turn out at night and sounds you only hear in the dark. I am a fan of cliches.

Young Photographer Series: Julia Trotti (18)
“Sitting in the sky, breathing sunspots, I hope my photography takes me to capturing musicians who I’ve been listening to for years, shooting for magazines and creating pieces of art that light up in the bug-eyes of today’s youth and inspires them to create.” - Julia Trotti

Celebrating Love Through Creativity

Love just may be the greatest inspiration for all artists. Here at the Nonsense Society we celebrate creativity everyday, but today we are celebrating love. Happy Valentine’s Day, Nonsense Society.

Various Artistic Interpretations of Santa Claus
Happy Holidays! To get my festive juices flowing I decided to scrounge the internet for Santa-themed artwork. Here’s what I found. Props to the artists responsible for these pieces and Merry Christmas!
Elderly in Photography
After the recent popularity of Women in Photography I was approached with many complaints that the collection only showcased photographs of young, skinny, white women. This was distressing to me because I believe there is beauty in all people. Therefore I was inspired to search the internet and find more examples of extraordinary photographers and photographs. I would like to share some of the best images I found of elderly people and promote the photographers who took them. Please share any more photographers or photographs in the comments.
